Padzilly Design Specification

Realtor-to-Loan-Officer Invitation

Scenario: a Realtor invites a loan officer who has never seen Padzilly, to collaborate on future shared buyers. Two deliverables below, followed by developer notes.

1
Deliverable 1 Realtor-to-loan-officer invitation email — written in the Realtor's voice, 600px, table-based, English only
2
Deliverable 2 Realtor-referred loan-officer landing page — dedicated conversion page, not the generic lender page
Invited by {{RealtorName}}

Keep Qualified Buyers From Drifting Away. Close More Loans.

{{RealtorName}} has invited you to collaborate on Padzilly. Padzilly connects your loan approval directly to your buyer's home search, so they shop only for homes they can actually buy — keeping you and your Realtor connected throughout the entire homebuying journey.

How You'll Work Together

Extend Your AUS Approval to the Home Search

The next time you and {{RealtorName}} work with a buyer, upload the buyer's approval into Padzilly. Every listing is then evaluated using your approval, your financing terms, your lender fees, and your disclosed third-party expenses. The result is a home search powered by the loan you have already built — not generic mortgage-calculator estimates.

Stay Connected

A Co-Branded Experience Built Around Your Financing

Keep buyers engaged inside a homebuying experience shared by you and your Realtor instead of sending them to national real estate websites competing for your buyers. Buyers see meaningful financing information based on your loan, while both professionals remain visible and connected from prequalification through offer and closing.

Buyers Shop Only for Homes They Qualify For

Apply the buyer's approved financing to the home search before they spend time on the wrong properties.

Keep Buyers Inside Your Shared Experience

Give buyers a compelling reason to remain with you and their Realtor rather than drifting to competing portals.

Strengthen Realtor Relationships

Provide a better buyer experience that Realtors will want to use with you again.

Always On

Your 24/7 Digital Loan Officer Assistant

Once an approval is uploaded, Padzilly continues working on your behalf while you focus on originating your next loan. Padzilly applies your approved financing and program parameters to the home search — it does not replace underwriting or make autonomous credit decisions.

Evaluates every MLS listing
Shows payment and cash-to-close figures based on the uploaded loan
Generates property-specific approval letters that serve as your Realtor's guide for placing the offer
Generates combined approval and offer letters
Helps buyers structure stronger offers
Uses Auto-Qual to identify possible paths for homes initially outside qualification
Keeps buyers and Realtors engaged
Supports the buyer around the clock

The Bottom Line

Every Feature Has One Goal

Improve your approval-to-closing ratio by helping more of your prequalified buyers reach the closing table with you.

Prequalified Buyer
Engaged Home Search
Stronger Offer
Closed Loan

Reduce Buyer Drift

Keep approved buyers engaged instead of losing them to competing portals.

Help Buyers Shop With Confidence

Create stronger, property-specific offers backed by your approved financing.

Strengthen Realtor Partnerships

Convert more approvals into closed loans while building relationships that bring you back together.

Business Case

A Small Investment With a Clear Business Case

Padzilly is designed to help you retain more approved buyers, strengthen Realtor relationships, and reduce repetitive work.

For many loan officers, just one additional closing can cover their Padzilly investment for well over a year.

What Realtors and Buyers Are Saying

"

Bert, this is so great. If I have one lender who uses Padzilly and another who doesn't, I'm recommending the one who does.

Anna Paula D., Realtor, eXp Realty

"

We were able to generate our approval letter, send it to our Realtor, and have our offer submitted right away. It was amazing!

Megan C., Homebuyer

Email build requirements

  • Recommended width: 600px, table-based layout (role="presentation" tables, not divs) for Outlook/Gmail compatibility.
  • Use inline styles in production, not a linked stylesheet — most email clients strip <head> styles.
  • No JavaScript, no external web fonts. Font stack: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif.
  • Hidden preheader text, placed immediately after the opening body table: "Let's give our buyers a better homebuying experience—together."
  • No Spanish translation required — this email is sent to a mortgage-industry professional, not a consumer.
  • Two "Accept Invitation" CTAs (one after the intro, one near the closing), both pointing to the same {{invitation_url}}.
  • Header/logo intentionally omitted from this spec — assumes your existing email header/logo template wraps this content.

Landing page responsive behavior

  • Breakpoints: 900px collapses the hero to a single column (copy above video) and all 3-column grids (steps, cards, capabilities, testimonials) to one column; 640px further tightens padding and reduces the hero heading to 27px.
  • Video container maintains a fixed 16:9 aspect ratio at all breakpoints via CSS aspect-ratio; on mobile it moves below the hero copy.
  • Primary CTA stays visible without excessive scrolling on both desktop and mobile — it sits directly under the hero paragraph.

Video placeholder

  • 16:9 responsive container with a centered play button and a top-left "See Padzilly in Action" label.
  • Replace the placeholder gradient + play button with the actual embedded player (e.g. an iframe pointed at {{video_embed_url}}) once the product video is ready.
  • Provide a poster/thumbnail image and descriptive alt/aria-label text for the video once the real asset is in place.

CTA states

  • Primary CTA ("Accept Invitation"): #EB5A2D background, white text, 8px radius (landing page) / 6px radius (email). Hover/active darkens to #D14A20.
  • All CTAs include a visible focus outline for keyboard navigation and a minimum 44px tap target on mobile.
  • The "Sign In" text link in the footer uses navy text, no button styling, to stay visually secondary to the primary CTA.

Typography & spacing

  • Font stack throughout: Arial, Helvetica, "Segoe UI", sans-serif.
  • Email H1: 22px/1.3, bold. Landing page hero H1: 36px desktop / 27px mobile, 1.16 line-height, bold. Section titles: 24px, bold.
  • Body copy: 13–14.5px depending on context, 1.55–1.65 line-height.
  • Section rhythm: 56px vertical padding per landing page section (40px on mobile); alternating white/pale backgrounds separate sections without needing hard borders.
  • Corner radius: 6px email button, 8px landing page buttons and cards, 10–14px larger panels and outer containers, full-round badges/pills/step numbers.

Accessibility

  • All decorative SVGs and the video play-button shape marked aria-hidden="true" until real video markup (with proper controls) replaces the placeholder.
  • Text/background contrast checked against WCAG AA: white/light-blue text on the navy/blue gradients, dark-gray/navy text on white or pale backgrounds throughout.
  • Buttons and the footer sign-in link sized for comfortable mobile tapping (44px+ height) with visible focus states for keyboard users.
  • Once the real video is embedded, include a descriptive aria-label or caption/transcript per accessibility requirements.
